Classes

Here at Inline Fitness we offer a huge range of classes for all abilities. Test your body to the limit and constantly change your routines with over 40 completely different classes through the whole week giving variety to every workout. See below for the latest timetable.

Monday

7:00am | Spin Hiit | 60 minutes

A Combination of Spinning and HIIT Training gives you a massive kick start to the week and you’re sure to be energised after.

9:30am | Total Body Tone | 60 minutes

An hour class that will employ every muscle in the body in a variety of exercises ranging from bodyweight to battle ropes to dumbbells. Experience an overall workout that will tax your endurance and focus but will also apply stress to the muscles of the body.  This class is similar to that of Circuit TRaining, providing conditioning to all areas of the the class user’s body.

1:00pm | Body Sculpt | 30 minutes

Full Body Workout using a mixture of weights, cardio, plyometrics, gym based cod core exercises designed to push you your body to the limit.

5:30pm | 20/20/20 | 60 minutes

3 classes of 20 minutes all within 1 class. Huge variety fun and hard work for the fitness addict who loves all classes.

6:30pm | Box Fit | 30 minutes

A combination of Inlines 2 boxing and Circuits to give you a 30 minutes of High Intensity Monday fun to challenge all abilities to the limit and beyond (think you’re tough enough?)

7:00pm | Abs | 30 minutes

A full abdominal workout using all the core muscles and combined with high intensity movements to encourage fat burning

7:30pm | Body Conditioning | 45 minutes

Fantastic full body workout using varied equipment and bodyweight based exercises, you’re in for a treat of fun, laughter and high effort levels during this Monday evening blast.

Tuesday

7:00am | Group PT | 1 Hour

A Group Personal Training session for 1-4 people. Get the tailored workout you need during this personal private small group session in the fitness studio.

9:30am | Body Attack | 60 minutes

James cooks up a full body blitz both resistance and cardio based. Designed to get the juices flowing to attack the rest of the day.

1:00pm | Bums and Tums | 30 minutes

Designed on the traditional combination of bums and tums it give the abs and glutes a great test of toning, weight loss and durability.

6:00pm | Ab Attack | 30 minutes

Ab Attack is a short intense workout targeting the abdomal region. The class provides a mixture of abdominal exercises and core stability exercises that will work tone and shape the abdominals but also improve stability and posture. This class will positively influence everyday activities and movements in terms of stability and balance. This class is available to any ability or level.

6:30pm | HIIT Blast | 30 minutes

Liam puts you through your paces with 30 minutes of extremely High Intensity Training that will test you to the limit burning stupid amount of calories in only 30 minutes

7:00pm | Spinning | 30 minutes

Studio Cycling (Spinning) is an instructor led studio based class. Catering for all levels of skill and ability the set up allows people of different levels to workout side by side and feel the benefits. Physical benefits include an improved cardiovascular and respiratory efficiency, improved muscular strength and endurance as well as muscular toning. Spinning is a non impact class therefore a good option for people suffering from a loss of bone density and strength.

7:30pm | TRX | 30 minutes

TRX is a suspension based class using your body to create the weight without the stress on the joints from compound movements. The elevated nature of the class targets specific areas of the body as well as being great fun

Wednesday

7.00am | Meta Stretch | 60 minutes

A combination of the new craze of Metafit. Hugely high in intensity designed for ultimate fat burning and raising the metabolic rate and Power Stretch. A deep tissue stretching and mobilising session which takes huge advantage of the muscular heat raised during Metafit.

9:30am | Indoor Bootcamp | 60 minutes

This session gives you an intense workout of the entire body pushing yourself to places you never thought you could go. John pushes you to a physique you would only dream of. Hard work and dedication produces results.

1:00pm | Spinning | 30 minutes

5:30pm | Suspension Kettlebells | 60 minutes

A Kettlebell class will combine both resistance training and cardiovascular training into one fat burning workout utilising all major muscles in the body. Many parts of the body are exercises simultaneously combining basic movements such as squats and presses into explosive movements. This class caters for all abilities and levels.

6.30pm | Barbell | 60 minutes

Barbell is a studio based free weight class. With the current studies of the benefits of resistance training increasing metabolism levels this is for all those wanting tone, fat loss and strength all rolled into one.

Thursday

7:00am | Group PT | 60 Minutes

A Group Personal Training session for 1-4 people. Get the tailored workout you need during this personal private small group session in the fitness studio.

9:30am | Body Blitz | 60 Minutes

Full Body Workout using a mixture of weights, cardio, plyometrics, gym based cod core exercises designed to push you your body to the limit.

6:30pm | Tabata Box | 30 minutes

4 minute blasts of Tabata. 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. All exercises related to boxing and cardio. High Intensity class that will never fail to leave you gasping for breath.

7:15pm | Circuits | 45 minutes

Fantastic full body circuit class which uses varied equipment and bodyweight based exercises, you’re in for a treat of fun, laughter and high effort levels during this Monday evening blast.

8:00pm | Hard Core | 30 minutes

A 30 minute high intensity abs and core class to finish the night off with an intense deep burn.

Friday

7:00am | Abs Blast | 30 Minutes

Get the morning juices flowing with this fantastic ab workout utilising all the core, abdominal, intercostal, obliques and TVA muscles.

9:30am | 20/20/20 | 60 minutes

3 classes of 20 minutes all within 1 class. Huge variety fun and hard work for the fitness addict who loves all classes.

1:00pm | Flexi Tone | 30 minutes

Including a 5 minute warm up Flexitrim incorporates the effective method of High Intensity Type Training (HITT) with developmental stretching. This will increase flexibility across the body. Using a 10 minute HITT period to warm and activate the muscles class members will then take part in a 15 minute bout of stretching.

5:00pm | Kettle Bell | 30 minutes

Power stretch combines many traditional yoga exercises with a developmental twist. Natalie puts you through your full range of movement and you are sure to come out warm, stretched, fully relaxed and feeling great.

Saturday

8.00am | Ultimate Abs | 30 Minutes

Get the torso you have always dreamed of with a total core and abdominal workout using a whole range of gadgets, equipment and your body.

9:00am | Indoor Boot Camp | 60 minutes

2.00pm | CV Fitness | 60 minutes

Ever struggled to get your base fitness to where you want? CV fitness hour will help you achieve it with the ultimate cardio workout getting the weekend off to a flying start.

5.00pm | Spin Core | 60 minutes

A classic combination of  2 popular classes abs and spinning to give you the ultimate toning and cardio workout to fire you up for Saturday Night.

Sunday

8:00am | Spinning | 30 minutes
