After a year working abroad and experiencing different Leisure and fitness cultures I decided to incorporate different techniques and ideas to revolutionise the way we train and think about exercise and health in the North East. All the techniques I have developed I have tried to transfer to make Inline Fitness Centre one step ahead of the competition.

John Famelton, Head Trainer and owner of Inline Fitness is a highly motivated trainer who is dedicated to the suceess of Inline Fitness Centre and all it’s members. Sports coaching, Personal Training, Weight Loss, GP Referral, Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation, Strength Training, Core Conditioning, Diet Analysis, these are just a few of John’s area’s of expertise.

John has been established in the industry for the past 8 years gaining experience from abroad to further his knowledge.

Being a fully qualified fitness professional John understands more than most the importance of exercise for both our mental and physical well being. John also understands that just as every client is different so are their needs and goals, this is why he personally oversees each and every Inline Fitness Members Development ensuring a successful results driven gym and fitness environment enjoyed and available to all.
