Natalie specialises in weight loss and mobility. We will use functional exercises to correct your posture and therefore reduce the risk of injury. Using techniques inspired by yoga and Pilates we will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Together we will have lots of fun using a holistic approach to health through breathing techniques and a mindful approach.
