Alex’s passion for health and fitness began when he was young and he took up rowing. Alex believes that everyone has the ability to improve on all aspect of life especially in the area of health and fitness.
Whilst attending University and working as a PT and Sports coach, Alex has acquired extensive information regarding special populations and sports performance conditioning. This has inspired him to further share his knowledge with others. Alex focuses on developing and enhancing all individuals’ form and technique through detailed instruction. This helps individuals to reach and exceed their goals.
Alex looks forward to sharing and expanding his knowledge with gym members and his clients in order to help them to improve their flexibility, strength, endurance and agility.
