7Saskia has always had an interest in fitness, firstly training as a professional dancer, during her training she started teaching fitness classes and children’s dance classes and kept this going during her performing career. However, it’s only since she started weight training she began her own body transformation and her own self-confidence grew.
She’s a great advocate of resistance training and loves to educate women especially on weight training techniques. Showing people with the correct programme, hard work, and commitment, gym-based exercise can be really fun and rewarding.
Blending resistance training and various body weight styles to create interesting and beneficial personalized sessions is what she has a real passion for.
