Liam is a qualified personal trainer who has spent several years in the sports industry after his passion developed at a young age.
It inspired him to want to help others in the fitness industry, so he began his journey of experience as a sports coach for a number of years, then went on to achieve a BSc degree in Sports Science.
At the end of his 2nd year during university he was offered a summer job as a sports coach and lifeguard in America, but on his return he decided to move away from sports specific coaching, and put his main focus in the health & fitness industry.
Liam made it his main goal to attain his personal training certificates on his return so he could help people with their body confidence and weight loss.
He specialises in fat loss and strength increase, predominantly by training with resistance techniques and HIIT, all whilst creating a fun, energetic environment for his clients. No one likes repetitive, boring exercises. It's all about variation, and finding the exercises that motivate you, and when we find what motivates you, the feeling is incredibly rewarding at both ends.
Liam works 1-2-1 with clients, small group training, has online training plans and diet plans all tailored to your specific needs.
